Preheat the oven to 225 °C. In a large pot, heat the milk, butter, salt, and 40 ml of water over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter has melted and the mixture begins to boil. Remove from the heat and add the flour. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the dough is dry and crumbly. Let cool briefly.

Now knead the dough until it is smooth. Then add the eggs one at a time. Continue kneading on low speed until the dough is smooth, sticky, and slightly stretchy. Now add the farm cheese and Parmesan and knead until everything is evenly distributed.

Use your hands to shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 5 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 175 °C and continue baking for about 20–25 minutes, until the rolls are light brown.
