Shipping policy

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, and Romania.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.00 per order.
For orders totaling €20.00 or more, shipping is free.

International shipments:

We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows:

EU Zone 1: EUR 19.90 (Free shipping on orders of EUR 75.00 or more)
EU Zone 2: EUR 19.90 (Free shipping on orders of EUR 75.00 or more)
EU Zone 3: EUR 19.90 (Free shipping on orders of EUR 75.00 or more)

For orders totaling €75.00 or more, we offer free shipping to international destinations.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3–5 days; for international deliveries, within 5–7 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
