The easiest way to make it is in a blender—you can just add all the smoothie ingredients directly and blend them. Otherwise, put all the ingredients in a tall container and blend them with a hand blender. Then divide the mixture among bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings.

❤️ Tip

You can always experiment with different berries and spices. Smoothies are also a great way to use up leftovers—you can simply blend in half a pear or a bit of spinach from the day before.

Did you know?

Cardamom is one of the most expensive spices in the world and is native to India. Even a small amount gives the smoothie bowl a warm, slightly citrusy flavor.

Our Tip

Use frozen berries and a banana—that way, the bowl will naturally turn out nice and creamy and cold, and you won't need any ice cubes.
